Welcome to the 2-BUCKET Auto Detail family! By accepting this Bronze Shine Membership Agreement, you are officially agreeing to all of our terms and conditions and committing to our 12-month annual plan. We are excited to partner with you for the next year to ensure your vehicle consistently receives the premium care and attention it deserves.
We value your time and ours, so we want to be completely transparent about our billing and scheduling policies. Because this is a year-long membership, an early termination fee equal to 15% of your remaining annual balance will apply if you need to cancel before the 12-month period ends. However, once your 12-month commitment is complete, your membership will automatically continue on a flexible month-to-month basis. At that point, there are absolutely no termination fees if you ever need to cancel. Additionally, we ask that you communicate any schedule changes promptly. Your membership is billed on a monthly basis to keep your vehicle looking its best. Typically, we will process your payment right after we complete your scheduled service for the quarter. Just keep in mind that if you happen to miss a visit, your regular membership fee will still be charged at the end of that quarter to keep your account active and on track.
To make your experience as convenient as possible, we offer a special Valet Option for an additional $60 per visit. You will only be charged this fee during the specific months you choose to have us pick up your vehicle. If you prefer to drop your car off at the shop yourself, no valet fee will apply for that visit. Please also note that if your vehicle requires extra time and effort, an Extensive Clean-Up fee of up to $95 may be added to your service visit.
